FISCHER

PRESIDENT

As a fourth generation pipeliner, Ty Fischer started his career from the ground up as a laborer with Southeast Directional Drilling. With advancement of Ty’s role, came an understanding and commitment to safety and its impact on his crews, the project, the environment and himself. Ty has successfully executed dozens of projects across the eastern half of the United States including some of the most difficult and complex terrain that the Marcellus Shale Formations have to offer. This was also completed while maintaining zero lost time accidents. Ty continues to operate EnCompass Pipeline with a grassroots approach and values his time spent in the field maintaining relationships with his employees and clients and promoting the benefits of a safe work day…everyday.

ADAMSKI

As CFO of EnCompass Pipeline, Dennis brings over a decade of specialized experience from one of the largest business banking firms in the United States. Managing portfolios across multi-industry companies has honed Dennis’ focus in the identification of project risk, financial application to both project and corporate cash flow evaluation and provided exceptional support and assistance in maintaining and growing the company to achieve the vision that Ty has laid out since it’s inception.

For the past 8 years, Ken has successfully executed projects for Encompass Pipeline. His diversity in performing various scopes of work has been unparalleled in the Marcellus and Utica shale plays as well as incomparable success on sensitive resource projects. Ken’s cradle-to-grave approach has provided seamless transitions from the office to the field and clear, direct communication and project reporting to both clients and executive management.

Entrenching himself in every facet of scope that the oil and gas industry has to offer, John has become an expert in effectively educating and communicating an ever-evolving safety culture that the oil and gas industry demands. He continues to strive, with over a decade of professional experience, for Encompass’ goal of ZERO incidents. John’s qualifications include: OG Evaluator, Certified PEC Instructor, ISO Certified Internal Auditor, among supporting OSHA certifications. John’s credentials and certifications are another example of the dedication and commitment that he brings to Encompass’ team and clients day in and day out.
